1. General
Your customer data is requested, used and stored exclusively for the completion of your order. This is done according to the relevant data protection regulations of the Federal Law for Data Protection (BDSG) and the telephone Data Protection (TMG Chapter 4).
2. Passing on of Customer Data
Your data is only shared with the selected delivery service in order to be able to complete the delivery of your requested order. Your credit card information is only shared with our bank to request the funds required to pay for your order.
3. Additional Service Features
For additional service features (customer account, newsletter ect.) we require your permission due to the aforementioned laws. You can cancel this permission in our Online Shop, by email or by telephone.
3.1 Customer registration and assignment of an account number (customer account): If you want, we can save your name and address in a customer databank. After you have registered, you will receive your account number and password per email within 3-4 days. With this data account, you can sign in to the shop on future visits. When you are signed in, your name and address will automatically be filled in on the order form, so that you will not be required to do this each time. Sensitive information such as account or credit card numbers are not saved due to security reasons.
3.2 Regular Information (Newsletter): When you request a newsletter, on a regular basis you will receive information on new products and offers per email. Cancellation of the newsletter is very simple to do. There is an option that simply needs to be selected directly in the newsletter function.
